I am a busy person. Although qurantine has slowed me down for the time being, I am still "busy". I just finished school a couple weeks ago but recently, I've been doing yard work, hanging out with a couple friends, and facetiming a lot. I know it doesn't sound like much but, considering how slow things have been during qurantine I feel like even the littlest things make me feel "busy". But, as we slowly ease back into our old/normal routines, we need to know when enough is enough. I hope this post helps you know how and/or when to take a break.
I think that when you're super busy, whether it's from work, school, etc., you should take a relaxing bath at the end of the day. You can also journal which is what I do. I really just jot down how my day went, what my plans are, etc. It helps me meditate on my day and stuff. I just think that these things help us get the me-time we deserve. Especially after a long day.
Sometimes we can get to caught up in things and forget to slow down and take a break. We all do this sometimes. It's not wrong but, it's good to have a breather. There are many things people can do to unwind and you should do whatever helps you relax the most when you're stressed out or haven't had enough alone time.
