Delicious, healthy things to make

Being quarantined makes me hungry. Maybe it's because I'm a growing teenager or maybe because I tend to get hungry when I'm bored. Here's some recipes that allows you to eat food without feeling bloated and unhealthy afterwards.


1. Avacado sadnwich. This sounds pretty self-explanatory but, there's more to it then avacado and bread. Here's how to make it: get out 2 slices of wheat bread (or any bread) and lightly toast it, spread mayo on both slices, put a couple of slices of cheese on top, get a piece of romaine lettuce, a few slices of tomoatoes and then, spread half of an avacado over that all. Now, for the most important part, sit back and enjoy your sandwich.




2. organic icecream. This is one of my favorite things to make. It's not only easy to make, but, you can have it at any time of the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner). All you need is a frozen banana, a couple table spoons of 100% cocoa powder, a spoonful of peanut butter, a splash of almond milk and a small handful of ice. Then, blend it up and...enjoy. :)


3. A rice cake sandwich. (I'm very aware of how gross that sounds.) The ingredients for this one are simple yet healthy. All you need is peanut butter (or almond butter to be even healthier), any kind of jelly and of course the rice cakes.
